NextGen not working with Creativo Theme

  • Using NextGen Gallery v. 1.8.4 because current version is unstable.

    Theme: Creativo by RockyThemes

    This theme uses a lot of plugins, especially Visual Composer. I try to add an album within one of the Visual Composer columns on the home page (Members), but when I select the album in the placing menu, the scroll arrow turns into a rotating page loading image, and it never finishes loading. The album can’t load.

    Are you aware of any conflict with that plugin?

    Any ideas for a solution?
