I’m having the same issue.
The plugin area works, but the Green button in posts results in a blank modal screen appearing. It has a close button and a scroll bar, but nothing else.

I′ve got similar problem than cadore but on the webpage is not installed W3Total Cache.

The gallery doesn′t work and it is all time running but no image visible.
Uninstall and reinstall doesn′t work either.

After upgrading to wp 4.1.1 my next gen galleries stopped working. After reading in forums i upgraded to next gen gallery 2.0.66.37 but i am using next gen custom fields as well . Now i can see the galleries on output without the custom fields, but on the admin panel i dont see the manage galleries section i can see only the “manage tags” section. Is there any way to recover my galleries with the custom fields? which version should i use? can someone help me pleasse?
