• I don’t know if this is a WordPress 3.5 issue, but since I’ve updated I’ve had issues with other plugins. Today I downloaded NextGen for the first time and saw that the photos uploaded differently than what I was being taught. And when I tried to add the gallery to the Page nothing happened. The page was blank. I deleted it and emptied the cache and rebooted. Then I downloaded and uploaded the Beta version and it wouldn’t even let me create a gallery. When I clicked on Gallery it took me to 404 error page. So I deleted it and downloaded the plugin AGAIN from WordPress. But I also opened Filezilla and looked in the www folder. It seems that NextGen is loading a folder with my pictures here. My www is like this:
    .git
    .qidb
    cgi-bin
rector place (these are my photos)
rector place_2 (because I had deleted it and reloaded it)
    wp-admin
    wp-content
    wp-includes

I didn’t go into wp-content but just based on this I’m guessing that this is where the problem is. I’m not a programmer so I hope you guys figure this out.

    thanks,

Well, I deleted the two folders that had incorrectly uploaded to www and I deleted NextGen again, emptied the cache and rebooted. Then I enptied the cache again and rebooted again. then I reloaded the plugin using my Mac and it is now fine and working correctly.
