• Hi,

I’m working on a site for a client (www.glamazonsblog.com) and teaching them how to utilize NextGen, only the button is missing from the toolbar/kitchen sink area within the posts. I’ve uninstalled all plugins, then only activated NextGen – it was still missing. Additionally, I’ve even temporarily switched to one of WordPress default themes in case there was an issue within the theme itself but the option was still not there. I’m hopin you can help me come to a solution in figuring out why it’s not appearing and to work a way to make it appear. Also, I am currently using the latest version of nextgen.

  • camilita2013 The button can be seen only from the visual side, so do you confirm that the button is missing?

Yes Tizz, I’m aware of that. Yes it is missing.

camilita2013 try again to deactivate all other plugins and activate a WP default theme – at the same time – clear cache and see. In this basic situation it’s almost impossible that you can’t see the button, so I think it’s an incompatibility.
Reactivate plugins and theme one by one, checking each time until you find the culprit.

Tizz, I’ve already done that as I previously mentioned.
