[NextGen gallery] uninstalled but links are still showing

I uninstalled this plugin because i wanted to reinstall and start fresh. The problem is that even though i’ve uninstalled it, it has left the menu/gallery links on my menu nav bar.

Is there anyway to clear the cache?
