Nextgen Gallery squished/compressed image in iPhone

I”ve seen this issue mentioned prior, but with no solution. If Nextgen can’t adapt to mobile devices, how can it be considered useful in 2016?

Here is the page with the problem on a site I’ve been building. If Nextgen isn’t mobile compatible, is there another gallery that is?
