Nextgen Gallery slideshow – Image cropped from top in IE

I have used the following code to display slide show in my header. Every page has a different slideshow as header.
I have used the PHP code widget and then typed the following code in there.
<?php echo nggShowSlideshow(3,900,320); ?>

The slideshow is showing up properly in Firefox and Safari.
But in IE the images get cropped up from top. But sometimes they show up good. It is more like I reload the page and the images are displayed properly, I reload again or click on a link the images get cropped.
