nextgen gallery slideshow doesn't work

Hello I’m having problems with this plugin slideshow, it doesn’t work.
the black circle upload icon, always spinning, but nothing hapens.
i’ve searched the forum for answer, and downloaded the jwplayer from longtail site as advised. and uploaded the jwplayer.flash.swf file to the wp-content/upload/ directory.
but that didn’t fix the problem.
what i’m doing wrong. how can i fix this.
i’m pretty much frustrated and appreciate any help here.
