• I’ve tried to get a response several different ways with no luck.

    Last week Tuesday I have ordered NextGen Pro and paid with credit card but never recieved my email with a username or password.

    The support email they sent me is not answering my questions and I can’t log on to the pro site with out that email.

    I have repeatedly asked for the logon information or a refund with no response either way. It’s actually getting out of control.

    A little bit of help where I can send my account info and someone that will actually help me would be great. I ordered and paid for the product 6 days ago.

    I beg your pardon.

    Before ordering the Pro version of NextGen Gallery I have added the domain of Nextgen to the whitelist from my email provider.
    Nevertheless, all the mails I have received from you have been labeled as spam.
    I have only now found this morning when I looked in the spam folder.

    I’m sorry that I have you annoyed me my mail.
