NextGen Gallery plugin not showing

hello for the website https://www.canvascorpimages.com the nextgen plugin is not showing I’m my plugins section, and then i want to re-download and i can’t because it says i already have it, but its not listed in active or inactive plugins. how can i go about resolving this problem,
