    @merper – I’m happy to help. Can you please try temporarily de-activating your other plugins, and enabling a basic theme like Twenty-Fourteen – then test again to see if that helps? Lets rule out any 3rd party interference from things like plugins or theme issues.

    @merper – If NextGEN Gallery is working correctly with Twenty Fourteen then you may need to work with your theme author to sort out any unresolved issues.

    So I tried to fix the problem
    but failed.
    Therefore NextGen gallery plugin remove from the site
    I put a YouTube video instead.
