nextgen gallery not in front

    Seems, like I found a solution.

    Changed the z-index here:

    .top-bar {
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 10;
    background-color: #222;
    opacity: 0.9;

    (to 10 from 99999)

    Hope it does no other damage ??

    This solution is working properly. Thanks
    I do not know why theme stylers chose 99999 for zindex, but it is ok now,
    it might be good to ask them again, if they plan to have it differently for purpose like image lightbox in nextgen gallery
