NextGEN Gallery "not found" and cannot re-add

  • Our website header image is not showing, so I tried to update the plugins and NextGEN Gallery would not update, then wordpress gave an error message saying it could not be found, so I tried to add the plugin again, but it failed because “this document folder already exists” but it isn’t showing up.

    Any advice would be greatfully received as we are a tiny charity and need our website to work when people come to it.
