I have been using Nextgen successfully for a while.

Recently a few older galleries and all new galleries stopped displaying images. Instead they just read “NextGEN Gallery Edit Delete ”

    Trouble shooting:
I have switched themes from Avada to 2019- no change
I disabled all plugins except for NGG- no change
deleted and re-installed NGG- no change

    any ideas?

Thank you for any help you can offer.

    Hi @mattubmyers,

Can you please try to edit the page, remove the gallery shortcode/module from the page and insert a new one then check the page to see if the gallery shows up.

This makes me think that it occurs with really old gallery shortcodes’ construction that isn’t supported in the current NextGen Gallery 3.x versions.

    Please let us know

    Thank you for your response.

I created a new page and inserted a new NextGEN Gallery and it still will not display any images.

I tried inserting the images a couple of different ways with out any success.

Is there a section of code that I could use to copy into the text edit window and just enter the gallery number I want to be displayed?

    Thank you,
    Matt

The issue it’s solved if you include our shortcode code inside a “Code Block” element using “Fusion Builder”.

Feel free to write us back; we are happy to help!
