NextGen Gallery (nextgen-gallery) Plugin Having Issues…. Need Help

I’ve uploaded the NextGEN Gallery to my plugins folder and I activated it. I added a new gallery and pictures. When I go to the path the plugin says my gallery is at, this pages comes up (https://strategicwebpro.com/wp-content/gallery/websites/) instead of a gallery. (Keep in mind the homepage isn’t displaying on my blog yet because I still have my original html files there.

How can I fix this?

ALSO – this message comes up when I go into the options tab of this plugin “path to imagerotator.swf is not defined”

What does that mean?
