Nextgen Gallery – Lightbox stops working / option reverts back

  • Hello all,

    I’m having some issues with lightbox on my website (www.kan-photography.co.uk).

    I select the appropiate lightbox effect under “other options” and hit save. It then resolves the problem but then after a certain time (seems to be random at the moment) that option then goes back to “no lightbox” and as you would expect, all gallery images open up on a new page.

    Does anyone know why this is? It’s frustrating!!

    I’ve managed to fix it somehow. If you go to Settings on the left and then select NextGen Optimizer if you ahve it installed, and untick step 2 “use fancybox effect” and save options. i think they were playing off each other. i selected lightbox afterwards and its still there. ??
