• I just installed NextGEN gallery on my WP 2.5.1 install. I got everything set up and seemingly working fine until I tried to upload a single image. The upload went fine (I checked via ftp) but it errored out on the resize (I think).

The message I received was: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/../../../../wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/lib/thumbnail.inc.php on line 678

Any thoughts on what may have caused this and more importantly how I can fix it? The install details are as follows:

Well after a thorough examination of the code and a ton of google searching, I found the answer to the problem. I was looking at the version of the thumbnail.inc.php that sits on the server and I decided to take a look at the file from the archive (zip) file. I noticed a discrepancy in file sizes and as it turns out when I uploaded the plugin the file was incomplete. The unexpected error was a result of the bad file.
