Nextgen gallery help

Hey, i’m currently running with latest version of Nextgen gallery. But i have some minor questions:

1:
Is it possible for the program to automatically assign the images original name? Ex. all my photos is named like this “P3181145.JPG”, when they are uploaded, all the images are assigned the title “OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA”. I wan’t this to be the image names instead.

2:
Currenly all images are resized +thumbs are created last, when all selected images are uploaded. I was hoping to do this “on the fly”. Because when you ex. upload 100 images. When the upload is done, then the browser “hangs” it’s showing the loading icon on the top left corner of the browser (I think gallery is resizing during this process). If something goes wrong, then the thumbs are not created. Therefore i have installed Nextgen resize, to get the images resized on the fly. But the program is not working? (I can tell by looking at the folders on the FTP server, all images are uplaoded original format, until it’s done uploading). How can they be resized on the fly?

3:
Is there an extension, where it can upload more than one photo at once? Ex. like Gallery2/3 are doing?
