Nextgen Gallery Featured Image doens’t work

    Hi everyone,

    I have another issue with a Nextgen Gallery,

    The Nextgen Featured image doesn’t work. After reading a similar topic, I read that it was advise to desactivate all plugin and clear all caches in order to check it.
    I did it but nothing happens.

    The issue was also occuring when I was using Photocrati, which is made to be used with Nextgen Gallery, and by this time I wasn’t using any caching plugin. So I think the issue is defenitely coming from the plugin itself.

    This is a bit annoying since, since we can’t chose the right featured image, in many case we can’t showcase our best work and end up with a 2nd quality image. For conversion, that doesn’t help.

    If somebedoy has any recommandations or managed to solve it, any help would be welcome.

    Hi @tristan29!

    Unfortunately, this is an issue we’re aware of and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have this resolved and provide a better solution in a future update. For now, you will need to upload and set a featured image through the WordPress Media uploader.

    I cross finger that it will come soon so.

    Just one question, the update will be available for the free version or only the paid one ?
