    This message is to the community as I have already reached out to Imagely through normal support channels.

    Is anyone experiencing issues where you do not get an email when someone comments on an image? You should get an email if “Email me whenever anyone posts a comment” is on. But I sometimes do not get them, and stranger still, I have a use case where a random user is getting the email instead of me.

    Imagely is able to reproduce the issue, but only on my site. Because of this, it is not a high enough priority to investigate further at this time. Thus my long-shot reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experienced this or has any ideas.

    Apologies for the unrelated to this thread reply that we’ve previously posted ( now edited and deleted ). I’ve meant to reply using it to a different thread.

    As a follow-up – our developers will continue to debug the issue on the testing site that you have setup for us.
