NextGEN Gallery button missing from editor

Hello All,
I’m having some trouble with inserting the gallery into my page. The instructions say to click the NextGEN Gallery button on the edit post/page ribbon but I don’t have the button on my ribbon. Here’s a link to an image of my editor ribbon.

Yes, the plugin is enabled and active. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
