Nextgen Gallery – Alttext on top of image and horizontal line between row thumbs

Hi,
I’m using nextgen gallery (great plugin), but I can’t define alttext on top of thumb image.
Another problem it’s the split of thumbs row, I wanna insert a horizontal line between the row thumbs.

(This site was made on html 5 and php, but I wanna know if this kind of styles can be done in the nextgen gallery)
I read a lot in the Support and Google, but I can’t find that information.
Anyone can Help?
