NextGen Gallery Ajax With Ad Refresh

Hello! I use NextGen Gallery on my site to create galleries (with the ImageBrowser format). I would like to use the Ajax functionality to make browsing easier, however I want my ads to refresh when the slides change so that I don’t lose my impressions. These are not Google Ads, they are from my network, for which I’ve already gotten the OKAY for. I know there is some javascript hacking to do, but I would like guidance if anyone can help!
