@tiboine: We’ve had a few reports on this. Can you please test whether deactivating Pro has an impact on your admin area speed? We think there may be something with Pro in specific environments that’s causing this. If so, can you please login at https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/login with your pro credentials and send a support email there.

You’ll get more direct attention and, in any case, the forums here are not for supporting the Pro versions.

If you still have it just with NG, that’s also very useful to know. But I suspect it’s Pro.

yep, you are right. it′s the pro that causes the lag. Submitted this via your support channel.

Please, do something because NG slows serious my website. If I deactivate the plugin (207) my site is full loaded in 2 seconds. If I Activate NG, it take more than 30 seconds to load.

    What can I do?

I love this plugin and I use it for 2 years.

iyvyoo: Can you confirm you are seeing that with NextGEN alone, and not with NextGEN Pro? If you’re using Pro, try deactivating and let us know if there’s still an issue.

If you are seeing that kind of speed performance problem with 2.0, I’m wondering if you can please submit a bug report with login credentials so we can see what’s happening on your site?

I’m using a classic free version not the Pro edition.

Where I can find a login log or login credentials? Must to use a plugin like this?

    Thank you,
