  • It seems a conflict with qtranslate

Well it’s not a conflict with qtranslate and I will explain why I think that…
First, I used qtranslate on localhost and other, free server I mentioned in last post and all worked just fine.
Second, I tried to switch off all plugins and turn them on again one by one to exclude this reason You’ve just mentioned

To sum up I think it’s something else…

    …updating plugin to version 2.0.14 didn’t help

I also have this problem – https://www.epoddabie.pl/plaza-w-poddabiu-2013-galeria-zdjec/. Server also bought the home.pl – maybe a problem hosting.
Although the plugin should work independently on all servers.

    Right?
I’m using home.pl too. What PHP version do You have?

I have solved my problem returning to NextGen v1.9.0 so it’s not a host server problem… still waiting for an effective update…

i try with last version in localhost, and it works.

so i also return to 1.9.0 for my website and it works.

    thanks lelas

I’m also having the same issue… And I’m hosted on home.pl as well, but 1.9.13 works fine for me. Every newer version gets rid of slashes in image’s paths.

Because my blog is all about pictures, I can’t leave 2+ version up for long ._.

Also I can’t have html links in gallery descriptions anymore >>

And thums started to generate in weird way on lastest entries: https://workshop.august.net.pl/gallery/nggallery/finished-works/vasily-zaytsev-bust/

Please take a look at my fix HERE.

It seems that it works on the home.pl servers too.

Thank You so much Sylwia, placing just “/” in 170 line fixed it C:

Hi all – Just seeing this thread and I don’t see a subsequent post here from anyone on the NextGEN team since @sylwiafp’s fix. So just a quick note that I’ve asked our devs to take a look at this, and if it doesn’t cause other issues and we haven’t resolved it already, we’ll try to include it in our code in the next update. Thanks! (Erick)

@sylwiafp: thanks for much for taking the time to post a fix that seems to have resolved this for a fair number of users. It’s much appreciated. Thanks! (Erick)
