NextGEN filmstrip doesn't work

  • Hi,
    I’m using the NextGEN Pro Horizontal Filmstrip on my website.
    After the update, it appears that the filmstrip isn’t working anymore; I don’t see any pictures.
    If I select another option like NextGEN Pro Masonry, then the pictures are displayed.
    How can I solve this?

    (I’m using the following products: Photocrati NextGEN version 2.1.15, Photocrati NextGEN Pro version 2.3.0)
