after updating to the latest version of nextgen, the problem is still there. Anyone?

I’m wondering about this myself right now as I try to solve a problem with a custom NextGen/ShadowBox photo/video gallery that someone else has working fine, and I can’t get to work right in IE8. Manually replacing shadowbox.js with the newer version (2.2) gets rid of this error (while not changing the reference to version 2.1), but it also doesn’t solve my functionality problem in IE. In my case, I’m wondering if the location of my shadowbox custom script, using Shadowbox-JS plugin, could be an issue, but it sounds like you’re having this error without using that plugin. Sorry I can’t be more help.
