NextGen Download Gallery stopped working after NextGen update

    I recently updated my NextGen Gallery to version 3.2.10 and the NextGen Download Gallery stopped working. I really need this to work because I cannot deliver images to my clients otherwise.

    I would also like to add that it doesn’t work well with mobile and looks pretty bad visually.

    Hi Ross,
    I actually had an issue with another plugin that kept refreshing the back end gallery page constantly, so thinking that maybe NextGen gallery was corrupted, I disabled and deleted the NextGen Gallery plugin then reinstalled it. When I did this it broke the setting in the gallery settings. I went into “Gallery Settings” on the Basic Thumbnails tab and reset the “Legacy (Old) Template at the bottom of the page to “NextGen Download Gallery”. Then it worked fine again. So I would check that setting to make sure it is set to the correct one.
