Hi

I recently upgraded to the latest nextgen version, but brought my galleries down. Gallery-supporting pages now output messages to the tune of
```
RuntimeException thrown
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.fr/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/thumbnails/index.php is not a valid MVC template
```
I tried to change options but cannot even manage the plugin, the backoffice says
```
RuntimeException thrown

/var/www/vhosts/mysite.fr/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_other_options/image_options_tab.php is not a valid MVC template
```
The site was just installed, worked fine until the upgrade (of the plugin, WP was alread at latest version 3.9.1), and only runs 6 other plugins.

I know this has been a widespread issue, I hope this helps understand and fix.

Added: I deactivated every other plugin, no change.

Nextgen is Version 2.0.66.16

@funkman733 – If you site is “crashing” then it most likely is not the same issue … I would recommend starting your own topic and providing some more details for us to work with.

Hi, I have resolved the problem, installing nextgen 2.0 version and after updating to the last version.

I haven’t. Running Version 2.0.66.17 plus the custom reset plugin you provided, still that error. Thanks.
