• Resolved Blindenschule

    (@blindenschule)

    After the automatic wordpress update to 4.0.1 NextGen is broken. All galleries return the following errors:

    Default Gallery Type Template
    This is the default gallery type template, located in:
    /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_gallery_display/templates/index.php.

    If you’re seeing this, it’s because the gallery type you selected has not provided a template of it’s own.

    Is there already a solution for this problem?

    try to remove quotations marks from your shortcodes.
    ids=”1″ should be ids=1

    ‘for template also’ — I’m sorry — templates? I know where the shortcodes are, but what or where are the templates you are referring to?

    Thank you.

    Where in template remove quotations?

    Works. Go right handed 100+ pages. Many thanks for the useful innovation!

    (@pirossi)

    under ‘template’ I was referring to that other parameter display_type.
    because that is the template for showing images.

    come on people, experiment a bit.

    @darkkir:
    for the situation where you need to change so much pages I would try to write some mysql query and do that from the database side.

    I’ve removed the quotations in the shortcodes: nothing happens.

    Could someone please tell me else I need to do?
