NextGen 2.0 breaks some WP3.6 Sites

I manage 50+ client websites, some of which use NextGen galleries.

The update to NextGen2.0 in combination with WP3.6 upgrade, has thrown up multiple errors including;
– 2 sites broken to the point where they did not load, requiring a process of elimination to determine which plugin was causing the problem.

On deactivation of NextGen by renaming the plugin directory, the site loaded correctly…

Reverting to the previous version of NextGen seems to resolve the problem.

There is a peculiar issue on one site where gallery thumbnails load in Firefox and Chrome, whilst IE only shows tiny squares… but the link from the squares loads the linked image in a new tab.

There are several instances where the WP3.6 site loads, and the gallery thumbnails display, but the slideshow no longer works.

All in all, its created an unexpected little nightmare and we hope you get it resolved soon… good luck! ??
