Nextend Social Login

  • Hi,
    In my app i need to login via social app. So i am using Nextend Social Login.
    Here am configured Facebook login.
    Am trying to do app in live mode. Am getting following error,

    Invalid Privacy Policy URL
    You must provide a valid Privacy Policy URL in order take your app Live. Go to Basic Settings and make sure it is valid.
    But am created an one page in my site.

    How to solve this issue?

  • Hello Dhinesh,

    Yes, that is the rule from Facebook for the APP to go live, your website must have a public Privacy Policy page.

    “Fill up the “Privacy Policy URL” field. Provide a publicly available and easily accessible privacy policy that explains what data you are collecting and how you will use that data.”

    I Published a page for Privacy Policy and agve that url in Privacy Policy URL field.
    But still it says You must provide a valid Privacy Policy URL in order take your app Live. Go to Basic Settings and make sure it is valid.
