Nextend accordion menu – Too many menus?

  • I use this accordion to put over 400 links to various insurance brochures. I had to modify twice max_input_vars parameter on the site (via FTP) to allow that many menu items to enter.

    I am hitting a wall again: it is too slow to enter. I am not sure anymore is this up to the provider, the WordPress not liking that many menus or add-in. Maybe I am overusing it, not made for that many menu items.

    I wonder whether anybody had the same problem?
