Nextcloud Plans

  • Hi, I’d like to know is there any plans for offloading to nextcloud. It would be awesome as nextcloud is able to setup easily than minio and the requirements is lower for most people (such as normal webhost will work instead of vps/dedicated server)

    Hmm, does NextCloud do object storage?

    I’m aware that it can connect to object storage to save docs, photos etc, but wasn’t aware that it had its own object storage endpoint.

    What would be the benefit of offloading a WP site’s media to a NextCloud instance that has to save the media to either that NextCloud install’s server, or re-offload to an object storage service such as S3?

    I’m probably missing something as I’ve only lightly used NextCloud in the past, and not for a year or so. Can you give me some links to what you’d like to connect WP Offload Media to?
