next_post() options

  • It would be very nice if it were possible to tell next_post() (and previous_post()) to use a specific page for its links. I personally use permanent.php for all single-posts, and lacking this capability breaks my layout ??
    In fact it might be nice if it pr. default just used to page it was on, feeding it some new parameters.
