Are you just wanting to change those two terms or are they not changing when translating your website to italian?

Thank you for letting me know. I just opened the morphology-lite.pot file in my PoEdit and I see the Next Post and Previous Post there, so they should be able to get translated. Did you translate the theme with the .pot file and if so, does the two strings show up if you do a search? Also, what did you use to translate the theme?

I have not translated anything yet. My version is almost entirely in Italian but a few words here and there.
I read now that you have to change the morphology-lite.pot file
    I’ll try to do it.

With WordPress, you set it for your language and that takes care of the core WordPress stuff, but for themes, they have their own language files that need to be translated. For Morphology Lite, the morphology-lite.pot language file is what you will need and then there are a few programs that can open and let you translate, but one of the more popular ones is PoEdit (they have a free and paid version).

I’m not sure if you have used or done this before, but I know there are several youtube videos on translating wordpress themes. This Tutorial might help too.
