Next/Previous Interactivity?

    Hi

    Looking to use Foyer as a digital signage system to deliver announcement copy to DJs and hosts at our community radio station. It would be very helpful to have next/previous slide control in addition to the timed transition. Even a combination so that after a specified period without a next/previous keystroke, it would revert to timed transitions.

    Rather than provide a keyboard to DJs I’m imagining limiting interactivity to a USB foot pedal or two.

    Thanks for such a great plugin! Hoping to put it to use!

    Hi @felix4567123, great to hear you are checking out Foyer. And that’s an interesting use case you got there!

    Unfortunately user interaction such as pause/play and previous/next slide is not possible at the moment. But it has been requested before so it is on my wish list. It might take a while to implement though, working on other features first..

    What kind of input does a USB foot pedal deliver to a web browser? Do you assign a keyboard key press to it, arrow-back and arrow-forward for example?
