    I have a short list of things that we can check:

    1. Can you flush the permalinks to see if this helps clear the issue?
    2. Do you have a security plugin installed and active? If so, can you disable it to see if this helps?
    3. Check with your web host to see if they are using ProxyCache on their hosting server? If so, ask then to disable it.
    4. Check with your web host to see if they are using mod_security. If so, ask them to disable it.
    5. Are you using Cloudflare? If so, make sure they are not blocking our plugins.

    Thank you for the checklist. It was mod_security OWASP3 920600:?Illegal?Accept?header: charset?parameter rule blocking the request.
