    So we placed this plugin on our clients website but we noticed that the next month button is disabled and we’re unable to look at future months. Any way we can fix this? Thought this particular bug was supposed to be fixed by this version of Simple Calendar.

    Things we have tried: We looked through your documentation and we’ve already checked for any conflicts with the theme. We switched to a default them twentyfifteen and cleared the cache and still had the same problem. This is also the only plugin we are using on this page since this is the only page on our site that is run by wordpress. Please review the information below

    Do you have events in the future months? The paging arrows will only show up if there are more events to show.

    We just installed the plugin and are having a somewhat similar problem. For us, the arrows are there and they are clickable, and they work, but they are invisible. We had to put a little comment above the calendar to instruct people how to change months.

    Nice plugin with just this 1 problem so far. Would be nice to see the arrows though…

    Thanks!

    @farallon5,

    Try changing the theme setting to the opposite of what you have it as for starters.

    Hi Nick, that did make a difference, sort of, but didn’t solve it. Now, for the current month at least, the BACK arrow appears. Still no FORWARD arrow visible, but the space where it should be is still clickable and still works. When you advance to the next month, the BACK arrow disappears (space still clickable too) and you are left with NO arrows again. We have future events.

    Can you point me to the page where this is happening so I can look at it?

    Hello,

    We are going to assume this has been resolved since there hasn’t been a response recently. If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thanks!

    Hi Nick,
    Sorry, for some reason I don’t get notices reliably from this thread and I didn’t get one from your post the week before this one. Here is the page in question:

    I hope it’s something simple for you.

    Thanks,

    Ok so it looks like the color is being set to white from somewhere. Try adding this to your theme’s stylesheet at the bottom:

    .simcal-icon-left:before, .simcal-icon-right:before {
    color: #000;
    }

    Let me know if that helps at all.

    Great job Nick, that totally fixed it!

    Thanks so much! ??
