    Their 24/7 chat support is very prompt, courteous, attentive, and helpful; around the clock.

    I once had an issue which was escalated to tech support; and the tech on my case, Mbarek, was very responsive and thorough; and solved the issue in an expeditious manner.

    Haven’t actually used the platform yet; and will update this post when I do; but so far my tests have been positive now that the tech issue has been resolved.
