    Our lessons are configured as “available X days after enrollment”

    When the student completes one lesson, the message is displayed “Next lesson will be unlocked on 20 May 2020 14:00” (for example)

    However this datetime is server datetime, and we have many students in different time zones – who currently keep messaging us reporting a problem, saying that the lesson should be unlocked and it isn’t.

    Could you please fix that message to instead say “Lesson will be unlocked in X days, Y hours and Z minutes” – to make convey information correctly for different time zones

    I’m sorry you’re having this issue!

    I won’t have an ETA on when this would be released, but I can certainly add this as a feature request to change the formatting or provide the option on date/time formatting! From there our developers can review implementing this build!

    I’m sorry we couldn’t give you a more immediate fix to the set up that you need!
