  • I’m having the same problem. It’s only picking up the default size as set in the options panel.

I’m going to try reverting to an older version of the plugin and see if that fixes it.

@olliekidd & @mc_marie , would both of you mind upgrading your WordPress version to the latest (3.5.2), deactivate all plugins (including NextGEN) and reactivate NextGEN Gallery only and let me know if that fixes it? Clear your browser cache after you reactivate NextGEN Gallery v1.9.13 and reload your site.

    Hope that helps!

Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. I believe I was already running both the most up to date versions of the plugin and WP.

    Have any other suggestions?

I noticed the same problem last night, on a site freshly upgraded to WP 3.6 and latest ver of NextGen. Also it seems that the “Stretch Image” settings aren’t working properly — I tried true, false and fit. Even when my default height and width are set exactly the same size as my images, they stretch a bit and are cut off on the right and bottom sides of the slideshow.

Wonder if this is an issue with upgrading Next Gen, and there is some leftover junk in the DB causing problems?
