next gen showing a white space but no player

    os-linux
    hosting environment shared

    I’ve installed nextgen, and am getting a while space with no player or image at all. I have uploaded the player to the uploads folder, checked the style sheet and removed all of “clear:both” listings and still have nothing.

    Can someone please help? I’ve been trying to figure this out now for three days, and am loosing my mind ??
