Next Gen Pro – Lightbox not working

Hi all, the problem is on the site

i have next gen gallery 2.4.o. and upgrade to PRO.
I’ve read all suggestions about switching off all plugins and the reactivating process. I did all that but lightbox effects are still not working. I’ve red about the check on paths of JS nd CSS files. All done but nothing happens.
