Next Gen Get Rid Of "View With Pic Lense"

  • Hi, how do I get rid of the link “view with Pic Lens” that appears over the gallery?

    Also, how can I set it up so the Gallery only shows the preview picture until you click on that picture, then the whole gallery opens?

  • Hi, to your first question: in your admin panel go to Gallery->Options, then on the options tab uncheck “Activate PicLens/CoolIris”. This did it for me, hope it helps you.

    Second question, sorry, can’t help.

    Second point: make an album for each of your galleries, and use the [album id=x] tag (see help file) instead of [nggallery id=x].
    Set the option for galleries to “Deactivate gallery page link:” active.

    Clicking an album now will open the gallery in that same page. I hope that’s what you wanted.
