Next Gen Gallery Website (How the hell??)

    I just installed Next Gen Gallery plugin for my website.

    How did he do that?
    1) How did he place all those images next to each other so that it would fit in a box? (From NextGen? or from CSS coding?)
    2) Is there an option or a plugin that would allow hover/rollover image change so taht it shows a the same box? (90% transparency black box + text)

    Any ideas or which plugins he used would be greatly appreciated.
