Next Gen Gallery not showing full sized images

  • I am using Next Gen Gallery: https://vr.flagstaffit.com/climbing-gym/gallery/

    When I upload the images it is making them really small. So when I click on the image in the gallery — even tho it was 1000px wide when I uploaded it, it is now 160 px wide. Any ideas on how to get it to show full-sized image?

    Also, is there a way to show an “X” to close the image window after it is clicked and opens. Not clear how to close the window.
