    Please update to the latest version, this issue was solved.

    The problem is still there! I deinstalled und newly installed the plugin. Unfortunately it does not work.

    On testing we found this as some plugin/theme conflicts, kindly try deactivate other plugins to find which plugin cause the conflict.
