Hello – I made an inquiry about this issue 6 months ago, but I did not follow up. I am reopening it here.

I have build a site in Elementor and have three quizzes on the page. What is interesting is that the “next” button is not showing on the first two quizzes, but IS showing on the last quiz. When I create a page with only one quiz, the buttons show for all three quizzes when I tested them. So it seems it is something about having more than one quiz.

I have created a staging site, which is password protected. The u/n is jacstoronto and the password is JACS2023!?

Please let me know what you need to resolve this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @goiwp,

I trust this message finds you in good spirits. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you over the weekend. We appreciate your patience.

I’ve taken a look at the website link you provided, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate the login prompt. However, I’d like to suggest running a theme/plugin conflict check on your website. Sometimes, conflicts with other themes or plugins can affect the functionality of QSM. To assist you with this, I’ve attached some helpful documents that outline how to identify and resolve such conflicts. You can find them here: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/how-to-identify-theme-plugin-conflict-with-qsm/

Additionally, it’s essential to ensure that your cache is cleared and that you’re using the latest versions of both the Elementor plugin and QSM. Should the issue persist, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I’ll be more than happy to provide further assistance.

    Warm regards,
    Sumit

Here is the login link: https://staging3.jacstoronto.org/wp-login.php?sgs-token=wpdashboard

I deactivated all of the plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro and QSM. And I changed the theme. Issue persists. So it isn’t a conflict.

I’m hoping you will try to solve the problem on your end.

    Hello @goiwp,

    I hope you’re doing well!

Could you please provide us with the URL to the Elementor-built website where you’re experiencing the issue? The details you’ve provided seem to be your .htaccess username and password, but we need the actual URL to investigate further.

We’re here to assist you, and having the correct URL will allow our developer to effectively address the issue you’re facing. Once we have this information, we’ll dive right in to find a solution.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Warm regards,
    Sumit

I’ve posted that information repeatedly in this thread. It’s getting somewhat ridiculous now. Can we please move this to email? Clearly the forum thread isn’t working properly. This is the third time you’ve asked for credentials.

I did not post htaccess information. My predecessors created a different way to login instead of using the typical /wp-admin protocol.

Note: Credentials for an .htaccess type block are OK, but if a WP login is offered or accepted, the parties will have their privs reduced here in the forums. No logins offered or accepted. OK?

    Hello @goiwp,

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced. We simply need the URL of the quiz where the issue occurred, so our developers can promptly troubleshoot it. The previous URL you provided required login credentials, which we advise against sharing on this platform in accordance with guidelines.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to respond with the necessary URL at your earliest convenience.

    Warm regards,
    Sumit
