Next button disable always

    I installed Zodiapress, I created the account in GEonames and I activated wev services.

    the account jesuskj has been enabled for the free webservices on 2017-04-28 09:51:30

    I enter the shortcode in pa page and the form appears, but when filling the city, the button is still disabled. Looking for the web, I found another web that has its plugin, and typing the city, appears a box with the names of cities. Not me.
    Only this message appears in the Chrome console.
